Warranty
At WolfPack Auto Glass, all of our services include a limited lifetime warranty. For as long as you own the vehicle, we will correct defects in materials or workmanship, attributable to the services stated on the repair invoice.
Environmental damage (like damage caused by rocks, debris, trees, hail, pollution or chemicals) and factors beyond our reasonable control are not covered by our warranty. Also excluded are repairs needed as a result of unauthorized service or parts, accidents or inadequate maintenance.

Recalibrations performed by WolfPack Auto Glass are guaranteed for one year or until the next recalibration event. The calibration process tests and aligns the cameras and sensors in your vehicle to ensure they are working properly after a windshield is replaced. Without recalibration, the vehicle's advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) may not function properly, which can lead to an accident.
All manufacturers and reputable service providers recommend ADAS calibration after a windshield replacement. If recalibration is declined, WolfPack Auto Glass cannot guarantee the accuracy of the ADAS features and the vehicle is no longer safe to drive nor covered under warranty.
